You run your errands, you think of something else and then out of the blue you see a person (usually a man) that seems to be teleported from a different era. Weimar Republic, America in the 50s, golden era of disco or punk. They wake you up, like a glitch in the Matrix. A good glitch. Their style might seem costumy sometimes, with their top hats, mohawks or traditional German workwear. But usually these are actual functional clothes. Sometimes the ‘different era’ factor is only the first glance impression, then you quickly realize that they do have a modern watch and generally carry themselves in an up-to-date manner. The game is not about recreating the good ol’ days, it’s more about paying a tribute to them. The beautiful Zeitlos folk of Berlin.
