Fashion is moving in a new direction and says goodbye to elevated basics made from the best materials luxury has to offer. Maybe Matthieu Blazy’s first look for his first collection at Bottega Veneta exactly three years ago best sums up what fashion has been all about. It’s daring in its body exposure and will require Pilates or Yoga classes to wear her white see through lace dresses, it’s incredibly detailed like all the bags and bodies with endless chokers and chains attached for visual flattery and it stakes out a new ground for romantic and bohemian clothes which no other fashion house is currently claiming.

Kamali made a convincing argument for body con dresses worn over big statement coats with this show. Our favorite look was on Eniko Mihalik with a high waisted jean, lace trimmed silk camisole and big fur lined black coat worthy of a crowning. Also, the avalanche of fur trimmings on collars or “Fuchschwänze” attached to bags and dresses looked fresh and relevant since Chloe is committed to no fur.
