When Haute Couture meets Haute Cuisine

In France a cook is not a normal person. If he is good, he is called chef and the mere mortal is treated as someone godly. It’s called Deification and while Alain Ducasse is first in line as kitchen god with restaurants and Michelin stars all over the world, Yannick Alléno is not far behind. In Paris he oversees the legendary Pavillon Ledoyen behind the Petit Palais where he installed a three Michelin star restaurant, a two star sushi bar and a one star casual bar bistro. He is friends with Bernard Arnault and cooks in a three star temple called 1947 at hotel Cheval Blanc in Courchevel for him plus runs restaurants in cities ranging from Korea, Morocco to Dubai. In short, he stands for Haute Cuisine and that’s why we brought Chanel’s Spring/Summer Haute Couture collection to his salons to connect over an egg Badaboum. Makes no sense? See for yourself!
