You know the players, now meet the models

May we introduce our team of youthful promise

These are the many faces of modern Europe, but united not divided by a love of our game. And our continent.
May we introduce our team of youthful promise. They hail from 11 of the 24 qualified countries. Fashion has no borders and we’d hate to see more being built in Europe. Which is why we invited Lausanne-based photographer Jean-Vincent Simonet to spend a few weekends in Paris to compile this series of intimate portraits. His gentle gaze captures the pride and promise of youth with models devoid of make-up.

It’s very hard to choose one. I have been able to experience so many incredible things that I would have never dreamt of. The first

From all the shows so far Vivienne Westwood was the most impressive. The make-up was crazy and playful, the atmosphere of the show was inspiring and full of energy.

What is your favorite place in Paris and how do you feel about it?

My favorite place in Paris is a small garden in the house of my aunt and uncle. It’s very quaint and full of colorful flowers, fig trees, grapes and plants. A tiny paradise in Paris. But the whole of Paris is beautiful. The Île de la Cité is romantic in summer. Other than that I enjoy shopping at the second hand shops in Paris. You find the best pieces there!

Who’s the most handsome football player?

Tough question. I like Thomas Müller. He’s a great guy, friendly,
he has a great sense of humour and gives funny interviews. He’s not
the prettiest but smart and down-to- earth.
